Our Engagement Approach

Quarterly Business Reviews

Sometimes Simply Referred to as Q.B.R.'s

Every important client/vendor/parnership relationship absolutely needs continued communication. Agility has found that the best way for relationships to stay strong is solid service (essentially properly managed systems; which include a vast array of items), a price that has great value, and quarterly business reviews.

This list is not all inclusive but as it pertains to communications, there is no substitute for creating an arena to discuss items since the last QBR, where things stand (especially if there are projects underway), and where things are going technically and (more importantly) for your business.

These QBR's have no charge or billing from our firm and allows us to gather information on how the relationship can work better in terms of efficiency, the most appropriate use of technology (since it is constantly changing), bring to light any coming events with your equipment, cloud services, etc.

The only misconception with the QBR is that they are sometimes only needed every 6 months or a year. It depends on each relationship, the workload of the pricipals at your office since Executive-Level staff greatly enhances the time spent, the feedback we receive, and the path we're taking (even if it's the same since the last meeting).

The importance of these meetings cannot be overstated regardless of your technology partner.

Client Site Meetings - No Charge

Agility's relationship with a prospective customer typically begins with an introductory meeting in which we help you articulate your business objectives and what you want your technology infrastructure to accomplish.

Network System Discovery/Computer Network Audit Process

The second part of our initial meeting typically consists of a Network Audit Process (a.k.a. System Discovery) performed by one (or a team) of our Senior Network Consultants. The purpose of this step is to establish a baseline knowledge of your technology infrastructure and more importantly, uncover vulnerabilities. The team could have Virtualization Experts, Industry Experts, Branch Managers, Managed Services Expertise, and Certainly the help of You, the Potential Client to gather the tangible and intangible problems and success of the past - further we can gather the importance of the pieces and gather information on vendor relationships, core computing device functionality and a gap analysis from what we've seen with networks of the same ilk (size, industry, end-user use, etc.). Nothing beats on-site work with the help of small-footprint agents gathering performance and health data that will be delivered and the property of yours, the potential client, a the end of the relatively short process.

Our skills can be used at a shallow level or a deep-dive into gap analysis of HIPPA Compliance, Sarbanes-Oxley Act, SOX, and other industry-specific regulations that quite frankly are not usually difficult to achieve.

This is where Agility's engagement process comes together. A comprehensive, executive-level report is presented in-person. The findings are invariably comprehensive - from each desktop, server, application, and business process - a strong attempt is made to create a road-map for stability, security, and way to add value in the most efficient way possible. Agility by no means looks to over-engineer small and medium-sized business networks - through the use of managed services, Senior-Level staff with years of experience; Agility looks to communicate and mold a plan to reduce the total cost of ownership of a computer network system and find ways to create value (through savings and prudent enhancements) to help our clients succeed.

This can be considered the first Quarterly Business Review of the status of the network system, how it is performing in relation to client needs and what areas of interest may be on the horizon for long-term planning (no longer should network management be a break/fix environment that is simply a drain on the profits of a company). Endless references are available in many industry verticals to support Agility's ability to provide this level of service.

Where proposals are presented at this stage, they act as a executive-level decision-making tools for items that need more immediate attention for the computer network system and begin, or in some case continue, the work towards reduced costs through preemptive management and best practices.

The long-term plan(s) where appropriate include items that need attention in the near- or long-term.
