• Fully Managed AMP Managed Services (for computer systems of 10-2000 devices) Fully managed Agility clients inherently have Managed Services agents and processes deployed to every critical device. Agility takes full responsibility for the entire network and keeps fees to a minimum by utilizing great Managed Services tools. This is a great option for companies without internal I.T. staff and would like Senior Network Level Consultants to the entire network with very affordable fees.
• Supplemental AMP Managed Services. (generally for computer systems of 100-500 devices)A great way for businesses to utilize the experience and knowledge Agility has in providing Managed Services. Managed Services agents and processes are deployed to each individual critical device and become managed via our network operations center. Almost instant security, virus protection, preemptive alerting, backup capabilities are delivered with a very small footprint and almost no disruption for users and administrators. This is a great option for companies that want the benefits of Managed Services without the headaches of vetting, learning, purchasing, maintaining and updating their Managed Services environment.
• Client-Administered AMP Managed Services (generally for computer systems of 500-2000+ devices)Yet another option is well-suited for large businesses with their own internal team of network administrators. Managed Services enhances what an internal team can do. Agility provides everything including training so that internal teams are efficient, spend less time on mundane tasks and can truly focus on strategic issues. Agility's Managed Services offering acts as another set of eyes monitoring critical infrastructure 24/7/365. Alerts, reports, and emails reported by our Managed Services Network Operations Center can be customized to alert internal staff, Agility Senior Network Administration staff, and others (depending on client preference).
