Fully Managed AMP Clients can rely on and expect their primary consultant to have up-to-the-minute, intimate knowledge of the operational status of your network, monitor predictive software to stay ahead of issues that can impact productivity, quick response time in the unfortunate instances that cannot be predicted and access to centrally managed auxiliary services (i.e. AV and Backup).  The use of AMP is the only way that a Fully Managed AMP Client can receive top-notch levels of service at affordable rates.  When the consultant *does* have to step in and do hands-on, billable work, the time needed to complete that work is minimized through the right knowledge and the power of the toolset to enact that work.
