Customer Sizes

Customer Sizes

One factor in Agility's ability to be successful at providing a high-level of service to its customers is focus. Part of Agility's focus is on the size of its customers. Although companies large and small generally have similar categories of needs, problems, vulnerabilities, and core computing needs; depending upon the size of the firm, there may be vast differences in the solutions used to be effective (regardless of cost). It has been the focus of Agility to define this size and continue to build upon expertise within this size demographic. Agility's experience is in the small and mid sized business market. There countless ways to define what exactly constitutes a small and/or mid sized business. Agility uses device count (the cumulative number of servers, laptops, desktops to define this demographic) to define the customer size.

Although there are other factors that may affect our ability to build successful relationships with companies outside our simple equation of device count, Agility's most successful relationships are with firms (or deparments/branches of larger firms) that have between 10 and 200 devices. Especially with our Application Solutions Services, this number can change substantially.

Other factors related to our ability to be as successful as possible are geographic location (proximity to nearest Agility branch), types of technology used, and customer industry.

Agility has three offices covering the Chicagoland area: Downtown Chicago, the Northwest Suburbs (Schaumburg office), and the Southwest Suburbs (Downers Grove office). These other factors are further discussed in other pages within this web site but the goal remains the same: Our focus allows Agility to be responsive when urgent needs arise but more importantly, it allows us to provide better management through closer proximity and understanding of customer's technolgy, technolgy needs, industry, and specific business nuances.
