Agility uses 'device count' to determine customer size - the cumulative number of servers, laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, etc. Agility's most successful relationships are with firms (or departments/branches of larger firms) that a 'device count' between 10 and 2000.  For clients with larger networks than this or companies with their own I.T. staff that are looking for support services, we offer Client-Administered Managed Services. Managed Services is very important to any sized firm looking to save money, time, and frustration by automating the mundane needs of a computer network while monitoring and managing the critical aspects that businesses depend on.
