At Agility, client size, location and industry are very important to us.  We aspire to build and maintain long lasting relationships with our clients as a strategic partner that adds value by reducing technology costs, increasing revenue or both.  Agility doesn't employ junior level technicians - only the best Senior Level Consultants in the business that are as effective in the board room as they are in the server room are employed.

Agility's experience is in the small- to mid-sized business market. The countless way to define a small- or mid-sized business are as vast as the unique characteristics of any business network. Agility uses 'device count' to determine customer size - the cumulative number of servers, laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, etc. Agility's most successful relationships are with firms (or departments/branches of larger firms) that a 'device count' between 10 and 2000.  For clients with larger networks than this or companies with their own I.T. staff that are looking for support services, we offer Client-Administered Managed Services. Managed Services is very important to any sized firm looking to save money, time, and frustration by automating the mundane needs of a computer network while monitoring and managing the critical aspects that businesses depend on.

Client Geography in Chicago Area: 

Location is another factor that affects building a successful relationship. At Agility, we assign clients Primary Consultants based on skill-set and our nearest branch location. We have divided the Chicago Metropolitan area into three distinct geographic regions at the heart of each is an Agility Branch office. Agility focuses on clients that are within about 15 miles of the nearest Agility office.* **

Closer proximity allows Agility to better manage client relationships and their technical needs. Our Senior Network Consultants and our 24/7/365 Help Desk (supported by our Senior Network Consultants) provide fast break/fix services for the inevitable, unforeseen problems. However, Agility’s goal is to manage computer network systems, not react to them.
