A new category of AMP Clients has entered the Agility lexicon – Client-Administered AMP. This is a type of engagement where a client, for different reasons wants and needs to retain primary responsibility for their own network, but still relies on a relationship with Agility for various types of assistance and interaction. In this type of engagement, we make the Agility Management Platform available directly to the IT staff of the client, empowering them with the same efficiencies we enjoy at all of our managed clients.

All of the benefits of Client Administered AMP are too many to list. Essentially, the Agility Management Platform and all it has to offer is deployed on your network, administered by your own I.T. staff and supported by Agility.
Client Administered AMP also affords clients that are using it the unique ability to have Agility “Back-Fill” their staff when there are changes in their organization – extended vacation or staffing changes can be smoothly handled by Agility staff since we are already fully “acquainted” with the same toolset the client’s own staff has been using to support their end-users, a transition can be made with minimal disruption to the end-user community and at virtually no switchover cost!
Agility strives to make the Client Administered AMP experience great with up-front training before an administrator is given their credentials, but also with an ongoing “education credit” that can be used for refresher training at any time. In addition, AMP documentation updates are made available at no additional charge for assembly and delivery to the client, when they arise.
In short, CA AMP gives a large client with an existing internal IT staff the ability to use a “Million Dollar” Managed Services toolset for a tiny fraction of that cost, as well as providing strong synergy and ties to Agility when new situations arise.
