•Executive-Level Meeting to present and discuss findings, costs and plans.

Agility engages customers with small teams that consist of a primary technical contact. Having a primary technical contact that knows and understands the customer's business removes the problems associated with having an ever-changing technical consultant or technician. In the event of an urgent issue where the primary technical consultant/technician is not available, another qualified team member is always available.

Furthermore, Agility looks to build long-term relationships with its customer. There are no contractual obligations to use Agility services: customers use Agility because they want to, not because they have to.
